We are all prone to striving for perfection in all aspects of our lives. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to make sure things are done correctly, but holding out for so long because it isn’t perfect is going to damage you in the long term.
Corene is joined by Lesley Logan to discuss their own experiences with perfection and how they’ve coped with it, as well as what questions to ask yourself and others to find your life’s path. Lesley would not have been able to develop her business around her love of Pilates if she had not asked the right questions. This episode will provide some helpful suggestions if you struggling with perfectionism or simply need some help on how to discover your path in life.
Lesley Logan, a certified Pilates teacher, breathwork, habits, and mindset coach, is the founder of OnlinePilatesClasses.com. When not teaching from her studio in Las Vegas, Lesley she’s hosting her podcast Be It Till You See It or traveling the world to lead Pilates retreats

Get asked better questions. Pay attention to the questions that you’re getting from people. Those simpler questions are the things that people are asking. And it lets you get curious about yourself. You can be the blueprint for a lot of things in your life.
