So many of my clients actually come to me with debilitating, crippling anxiety that they have tried to move through and haven’t found a sustainable solution for. So many of them struggle to show up and perform at the top of their game without being blocked and impacted by anxiety. So today, we’re going to talk a little bit today about why we experience anxiety, what it means, and the top three things that you can start to implement in order to instantly see your anxiety shift.
If you have anxiety, I’m sure that you’ve gotten many suggestions, tricks, and practices to try and fix or control it. But those practices are usually centered in left-brain work. The steps I’m sharing with you today are the exact same ones I recently shared with a client who was dealing with anxiety.
