Here’s a big one investing based on FOMO. If it puts you in a financial position of stress, that is completely the wrong investment. The energy and intention that goes into it when you invest is going to cause a negative outcome.

Overworking is a trauma response. I gave up working 12 hours a day. I don’t respond to all text, emails and DMs promptly. I have moved my business structure and model away from being so one to one heavy.
